Yuyao High-Intermediate Pressure Standard Parts Factory is located in beautiful culture city Yuyao, 80km away from Hangzhou International Airport, 52km away from Ningbo Airport in the center of National Highway 319, which is easy to access.
It has fixed assets of 6.8 million RMB, working area of 660m2, production area of 4200m2 and land area of 10323m2.

The certificates we obtained: We passed the ISO9002 certificate in 1998. And we won the productioin permission Nuceal power Degree Fastener from China Nuclear Science&Technology Co. in 2003. We also got the Special machine Manufactureing permission issued by the National Quality Inspection Burea in 2007.


Company's history: Our busines began in 1990. We started to manufacture high pressure fastener with the help of t Suzhou Valve Company, which belongs to China Nuclear Industrial Group. We provided high pressure fastener to Suzhou KF Co. which is invested by USA Circor Co. and suzhou Valve Co in 1995. The products are totally according to the standard of ASTM A193, A 194, A 320, A574, A325. From that time, we began to cooperate with the well-known international Valve Co.

We began to provid systematic service to American Karry Valve Co. in 1998. In 2000, we made high pressure fastener for Japan Kitz Valve Co.,Ltd., which is a worldwide known general valve manufacturer. We became the supplier of the Walworth Industrial Co. at the same time. We exported goods to Mexico directly.
We were the qualified supplier of Tyco liquid control, China region in 2005. We passed the examination made by American Comeron valves China branch: Shandong Camelon oil equipment Co.,Ltd. in 2005. And we became the company's fixed supplier then. The well-known Valve manufacturers we cooperated with now are:Neways Valves,LARSON & TOUBRO LIMITED,THEWM. Our clients keeps increasing . To provide our best systematic service, our Suzhou company was set up in Xukou Industrial Zone, Suzhou city. The workshop takes 1200 square meters. We had set up Sino-foreign joint Ningbo Wego Standards Co.,Ltd. We devote ourselves to the valve industry. We promise to offer high quality fasteners to our customers.
10 testers, complete inspection instruments, WE 300 universal material testers, QEW2000 magnetic particle detector; WX-3, WPF-19 spectrograph hardness tester and chemical analyzer.

Present machine tools: 3 Z28-20 screw rolling machines; 5 Z28-12.5 machines, 6 M12-M64 nut tapping machines, one heat treatment quenching furnace, one drawing furnace, one mesh furnace; one 100K salting furnace, two 45K speckled furnaces, two 45K well-type drawing furnaces, 62 lathe, mill, plane, grinder machines, which meet the need of high intensity fasteners.
